What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki

Posted on February 27, 2019 by Niki

People often ask me:

“What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki?”

Both Access Bars and Reiki are non invasive therapeutic therapies that involve gentle touch.

They both use energy as part of their process too.

One of the big differences with Access Bars and Reiki is that with Access Bars, we are releasing energies.  The energies that we are releasing could have been stuck in the body, perhaps stuck in the mind or emotions and beyond.

With Access Bars, you don’t need to know what it is that you’re letting go. Your body, mind and spirit know what serves you and what’s no longer of value to you. In an Access Bars session you can simply let go of whatever is ready to go.

With Reiki it’s more about putting energies IN than letting them go.

Access Bars is often described as cleaning up the hard drive of your brain’s computer.

When your computer has too many programmes running on it that conflict with what you’re trying to do and old files on it taking up precious space that are no longer relevant, it can be really helpful to delete the old, ineffective files and programmes to help your computer run smoothly and more efficiently.

When you receive an Access Bars treatment, it’s like deleting those old, unhelpful files on your computer, allowing more space for you and all the fresh, new things that you’d like to create.

When you run Access Bars in an Access Bars Class, you release the thoughts and judgements that you’ve picked up over the years that are outdated and no longer serve you.

When you have your Bars run, it opens up your body and mind’s innate abilities to heal itself and can open up space for you to have more ease with your body, mind, sleep and even have more fun!

I hold Access Bars classes regularly in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, UK my next one is Saturday 6th April.

If you’d like for me to come to your area and put on a one day Access Bars Practitioners class, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.

When you come to an Access Bars class, you learn about the 32 points on the head and what each one represents. You get the practical application and actually get to run the Access Bars treatment twice in one day and receive the therapy twice too so you’ve got a great grasp of what it’s all about.

When it comes to training, Whats the difference between Access Bars and Reiki? Access Bars is a fun, one day natural therapy course where you receive an internationally recognised certificate.
Reiki levels I and II are often taught over 2 days and attunements are given.

I love teaching the Access Bars and if you have any questions about Access Bars or the one day Access Bars Practitioner class, to message me click here.

I like that you mention how Access Bars sessions let you release thoughts and judgments you’ve gathered over the years that are no longer useful. When choosing a class to join, it would probably be a good idea to research local sessions online. This could help you learn about their availability and the teacher in order to figure out which one works best for your schedule and can provide the benefits you’re looking for.
