Even when we’re right in the moment, things change so quickly that before we know it, that thing we chose it’s not right anymore and then liberating yourself for being wrong all along!
Is trying to get it right creating stress in your world and you’d really like to change that, you’re in the right place! (See what I did there)
Simple tools to let go of the stress of trying not to be wrong
What’s right about this I’m not getting?
What’s right about ME I’m not getting?
Asking questions opens up possibilities. When it seems like everything’s going wrong, it’s a very stressful place where it can feel like you’re closed in and surrounded by walls of wrongness. At these times, all you can see is what’s wrong with the situation.
When all you can see is everything you’ve done or said wrong, the stress levels start rising.
Asking these questions is a simple, quick and easy way to open up to different possibilities, let go of the stress and create a more resourceful space to choose from.
