Chap 1: Cake š°
Once upon a time, there was a shy little girl called Louise. When she was 5yrs old, she went to a birthday party.Ā
She watched in awe as they brought out a massive birthday cake with 5 candles on it.
The birthday girl blew out the candles and her mum started to cut the huge cake into pieces and hand them out to the children at the party.
Louiseās eyes boggled and her mouth watered at the sight of such a fabulous cake.
Louise came from a home of poverty and lack.
There was never any cake at Louiseās home and she was excited for this treat.
She watched as child after child got their piece of cake. There was so much cake that some children were even getting 2 or 3 pieces!
Then before they got round to her, all the cake was gone.
Little Louise was left with NONE.
This is a story that Louise Hay tells in her book āYou Can Heal Your Lifeā.
Louise talks about this event in her life as an example of her patterns of non receiving.
A mirror of her own limiting beliefs.
That she didnāt deserve.
It echoed what was going on in her mind.
It showed her, at that time, how little she was willing to receive.
Even if you have had similar instances occur in your life, it doesnāt have to be that way for you now.
What is your version of this cake story?
What action can you take to change this around so that receiving with ease, and joy and glory is the natural pattern of abundance for you?
This is your space and you’re ready for your next choice.

Chap 2: Golden
There was once a young girl with a curious nature.
One Sunday morning, she was playing outside near her home and noticed far far in the distance, something shining that was pure gold.
It was so beautiful to her, and so alluring, that she had to go and investigate.
So she walked for many hours in the direction of this shining gold. She walked and walked, getting tired and hungry but determined to discover the gold that sheād seen.
It was nearly the end of the day, and she was perplexed as to how sheād come so far, but still hadnāt found it.
She hurried to the top of the nearby hill, so she could get a better view.
Looking around in all directions, at last, she saw that golden glow.
āHurrah!ā Her excitement was strong , despite her tiredness and hunger.
She leaned closer, straining to get a better look.
The shining gold was disappointingly far away, yet there was something reassuringly familiar about where it was.
As she continued to stare,Ā she gasped as she realised that the shining gold was the sun reflecting on the windows of her very own home.Ā
As she had travelled throughout the day, so had the sunshine. And what she had seen in the morning, as the golden glow, was now the evening sun shining, pure gold on the windows of her own home.
And she realised that the gold, the glow, the treasure that she was seeking is actually all around us, constantly available to us, inviting us to reach out and receive it.
What gold, what treasure have you been seeking that is actually available to you when you are willing to receive it?
This is your space, and youāre ready for your next choice.
